The Problem
Healing Touch is a holistic veterinary clinic that had the vision to provide in-home euthanasia and other holistic veterinary services to its customers in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. However, they didn’t have the tools needed in order to easily facilitate that, both in terms of their online presence as well as their internal record keeping.
The Solution
Working with Healing Touch, we developed a multi-faceted approach to their online presence and marketing strategy. We started by creating a mobile-first website built on WordPress that was designed to be easy to use. This would facilitate the creation of the content needed to not only sell their services but to also build the fundamentals of their online content marketing strategy. Additionally, to reduce the workload on Healing Touch, we integrated a third-party scheduling system into their website. This would allow customers to automatically book appointments in a timeslot that works for both them and our client.
The second component that they were missing was a safe and secure way to easily store their veterinary records. Using the power of Drupal, we were able to build a fully-fledged record management software that allowed them to easily store their client’s information. Because we built it on Drupal, we have the flexibility to completely customize how the records software works ensuring that it continues to meet their needs well into the future.
Finally, we assisted them in the development of their online marketing strategy. From branding to tone to marketing, we helped them identify the techniques that they can leverage to get a higher return on their investment. This included both long-term, low-cost methods, such as Search Engine Optimization, as well as pay-per-click marketing.
